Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with bundled care on gastrointestinal function recovery in post-cesarean section patients. Methods 80 women undergoing their first cesarean section at Hechi First People's Hospital from November to December 2024 were selected and randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group implemented low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with bundled care on the basis of routine care. Results Compared with the control group, the time to first anal flatus, length of hospital stay, time to first bowel movement, and time to milk secretion were all significantly shorter in the observation group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower(P<0.05).Conclusions Low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with bundled care effectively promotes gastrointestinal function recovery in post-cesarean section patients, reduces postoperative complications, enhances milk secretion, and shortens hospital stay, showing good clinical application prospects.
