Abstract:Nursing students must have professional knowledge and skills before going to the workplace,and the internship stage is a key period for cultivating high-quality nursing talents.Evaluating the core competency level of nursing students is of great significance in improving their job competency and clinical practice ability.The entrustable professional activities can be converted from abstract competence to quantifiable concrete practice activities,providing objective and quantitative training and evaluation methods for nurturing nursing talents with professional competence.This article reviews the current status of application,influencing factors,strengths and weaknesses of the entrustable professional activities,with a view to providing a reference basis for subsequent assessment of undergraduate nursing students'competence and the development of nursing education.
