Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with thoracolumbar fractures

Abstract：Patients with thoracolumbar fractures often experience complications such as abdominal distension,pain and anxiety,which significantly affect patients'quality of life.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine nursing has demonstrated remarkable efficacy in relieving the complications of thoracolumbar fracture.This paper summarizes the research status of emotional nursing,syndrome differentiated dietary therapy,moxibustion,auricular acupoint seed embedding,acupoint massage and application,Chinese herbal compresses.These approaches provide new ideas for nursing care of patients with thoracolumbar fractures.
