A case of nursing care for a patient with myelopathic hypertensive-like syndrome during percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy

Abstract:To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with myelopathic hypertensive-like syndrome during percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy.The key nursing interventions included early identification of myelopathic hypertensive-like syndrome,active symptomatic treatment,implementing individualized psychological nursing and closely post-emergency monitoring.After two hours of treatment and nursing,the patient's condition improved and was transferred to the ward for further observation and treatment.
