Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of stratified case management on high-risk pregnant women classified as orange, red or purple under the"five-color"risk stratification system and their perinatal infants. Methods The high-risk pregnant women who received antenatal care and delivered at Liyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.Based on the five-color risk assessment,540 high-risk pregnant women with risk levels of orange, red or purple from January to December 2021 were assigned to the control group and received routine nursing management.641 high-risk pregnant women with the same risk level from January to December 2022 were assigned to the experimental group and received case-based stratified management.Childbirth-related fear, childbirth self-efficacy,delivery methods, and adverse outcomes in newborns were compared between the two groups. Results After management,in the experimental group, the childbirth attitudes questionnaire(CAQ)score was significantly lower than that in the control group[(30.83±4.39)vs.(35.21±5.14),P<0.05].In the experimental group, the childbirth self-efficacy inventory(CBSEI)score was significantly higher than that in the control group[(244.23±28.06)vs.(210.54±27.47),P<0.05].The vaginal delivery rate was higher in the experimental group(63.96%vs.51.67%,P<0.05).And the incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes was lower(21.84%vs.27.40%,P<0.05).Conclusions The application of stratified case management in high-risk pregnancy women care significantly alleviates childbirth-related fear, enhances childbirth self-efficacy,improves delivery outcomes,as well as reduces the incidence of adverse outcomes of perinatal infants.
