Abstract:Objective To explore the effect and nursing strategies of irrigation therapy in managing digestive tract fistulas in patients with multiple abdominal drainage tubes. Methods From January 2021 to June 2023 82 patients with digestive tract fistula, each with at least three abdominal drainage tubes, admitted to Huai'an First Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected using convenience sampling method, patients were randomly assigned to a control group(n=41,routine care)and a research group(n=41,detailed care).Nursing quality scores were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had a fixed pipeline score of(94.56±2.62)and a pipeline obstruction score of(93.82±2.93),which were higher than those of the control group[(85.68±3.32),(88.01±3.06)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Peritoneal drainage tube flushing and nursing quality will have a direct impact on the recovery of patients with digestive tract fistula, and it is necessary to pay more attention to drainage tube nursing to promote faster recovery.
