Abstract：Professional mission is the sense of responsibility derived from engaging in professional activities,realizing personal value,and contributing positively to society.A high level of professional mission helps enhance the psychological resilience of undergraduate nursing students,maintain a positive emotional state,alleviate burnout,and positively influence their employment outcomes.This review summarizes the concepts,assessment tools,research progress,and influencing factors of professional mission in nursing students,aiming to provide strategies to enhance the professional mission of undergraduate nursing students.
