Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-led enteral nutrition management model in patients with enteral nutrition feeding intolerance after acute cerebral infarction. Methods Non-contemporaneous controlled trials were used in this study.Patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to ICU of Binzhou Medical University Hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the control group(n=59),while patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to ICU from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the experimental group(n=60).All patients received enteral nutrition within one week of admission and developed feeding intolerance. The control group routinely adjusted enteral nutrition and nursing according to the doctor's order, and the experimental group adopted a nurse-led enteral nutrition management model. The changes of nutrition and immune related indexes and the improvement rate of feeding intolerance were compared between the two groups at 14 days after admission. Results The nutrition and immune related indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The improvement rate of feeding intolerance was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The nurse-led enteral nutrition management model can effectively improve the nutritional and immune status and feeding intolerance symptoms of patients with feeding intolerance after acute cerebral infarction.
