Abstract:Chimeric Antigen Receptor T(CAR-T)cellular immunotherapy has shown great potential in the treatment of hematologic tumors and offers new hope for cancer patients.CAR-T cellular immunotherapy has gradually been applied into clinical practice in recent years. However, compared to traditional therapies,CAR-T cell therapy poses higher risks and a great incidence of toxic reactions. The monitoring and management of these reactions are still in the experiential accumulation phase. This review describes nursing strategies and measure for the clinical application of CAR-T cell immunotherapy from three aspects:toxic reactions, quality control, and nursing models.By strengthening collaboration among medical teams and multidisciplinary integration, building perfect institutional service capabilities, enhancing professional skills training for nurses, and fostering education and financial policy support for patients, comprehensive care can be provided for CAR-T cell immunotherapy patients, helps to achieve the ultimate goal of health management.
