Improving the efficiency and patient satisfaction of total knee replacement surgery:Evaluation of the effectiveness of specialized surgical cooperation

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of specialized surgical cooperation in total knee replacement surgery.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022 patients who underwent total knee replacement surgery in Yancheng Thirol People's Hospital were selected.36 patients who underwent surgery from January to June 2022 formed the control group and received routine surgical cooperation.The remaining 36 patients who underwent surgery from July to December formed the observation group and received specialized and high-quality surgical cooperation.The surgical nursing effects,surgical cooperation,and satisfaction with the operating room were compared.Results The nursing effect in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The surgical cooperation and satisfaction with the operating room in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of specialized and high-quality surgical cooperation in total knee replacement surgery can significantly optimize surgical indicators,accelerate surgical progress,promote postoperative recovery,and improve the economic and social benefits of hospitals compared to routine surgical cooperation.
