Abstract：The employment situation of nursing students in higher vocational colleges is severe,which is influenced by objective factors as well as subjective outdated employment concept.Higher vocational colleges should focus on the enrollment process and advance the work of employment-oriented education,establish and improve the linkage mechanism of internship and employment,strengthen the foundation of the project of employment and education between supply and demand,and seek practical results.It is necessary to carry out the strategy of cultivating nursing talents by specialized and classification as soon as possible so as to effectively deal with the employment dilemma of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
