Application progress of Miller pyramid model in the field of nursing training

Abstract：This paper reviews the origin,development,core content of Miller pyramid model along with the focus at each level within nursing training.It explores the application of the model in constructing nursing training programs,training various types of nursing personnel,and evaluating training effectiveness.Some suggestions are put forward,such as comprehensively grasping the connotation of the model,scientifically designing the training program,paying attention to the long-term effectiveness of training,and establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation system,aiming to provide insights for empirical research in the field of nursing education.
