Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of PTP stimulation combined with Internet of things interactive lung rehabilitation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)under the framework of Sandek's three laws. Methods A total of 126 COPD patients treated at Suqian Hospital of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Group from January to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into an experimental group(n=63)and a control group(n=63)based on the characteristics of inter group equilibrium. The control group followed conventional lung rehabilitation care, and the experimental group received PTP stimulation combined with Internet of things interactive lung rehabilitation intervention under the Sandek three law framework. The scores of health locus of control, compliance rate of lung rehabilitation, and lung function assessment indicators were compared. Results The experimental group had a better health locus of control score, higher compliance rate of lung rehabilitation, better lung function assessment indicators, and lower dyspnea scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of PTP stimulation combined with Internet of things interactive lung rehabilitation under the framework of Sandek's three laws in COPD patients is beneficial for optimizing their health locus of control tendency. It can improve their lung function and reduce their difficulty in breathing.
