Perioperative nursing care of a rare Still's disease patient with skin laxity after glucocorticoid therapy

Abstract：To summarize the perioperative nursing measures of a rare Still's disease patient with skin laxity after glucocorticoid treatment.The main nursing points include preoperative psychological nursing;General postoperative care;Preventing hypovolemic shock;Wound care;Indwelling catheter nursing;Pain care;Prevention and care of deep vein thrombosis;Discharge instructions.During the hospitalization,after careful treatment and nursing,the patient did not develop complications of hypovolemic shock,or deep vein thrombosis.The patient was in a good mental state and was willing to express his needs.The symptoms of chest skin relaxation were greatly improved,the treatment improved and the patient was discharged.
