Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence of free position combined with simulated labor simulation class on parturient women. Methods A total of 450 parturients admitted to the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and divided into a control group(220)and an observation group(230).The control group received conventional intervention and traditional semi-decubitus mode of delivery, and the observation group received free position combined with simulated delivery simulation class.Labor time,Visual Analogue of Labor score(VAS),fear of labor,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score, labor outcome and maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had a lower duration of labor and VAS score in the first stage, second stage, and third stage of labor than those in the control group. After the intervention, the fear of childbirth and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The natural delivery rate and satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of free position combined with simulated labor simulation class can alleviate the anxiety and fear of labor, reduce the labor time of patients, decrease labor pain, optimize labor outcome and increase maternal satisfaction, which is worthy of further application and promotion.
