Practice of homogeneous nursing management for AMI patients undergoing PCI based on Omaha system

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of homogenized nursing guided by the Omaha system in patients with AMI undergoing PCI.Methods 52 patients with AMI who underwent PCI in our department from May to October 2021 were selected as the control group,and 52 patients with AMI who were treated from November 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the intervention group.The control group received routine care,while the intervention group received homogenized care under the guidance of Omaha system.The quality of perioperative care,patient satisfaction,length of stay,and hospitalization costs were compared.Results The scores of perioperative nursing quality and patient satisfaction of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The average hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Homogeneous nursing management for AMI patients undergoing PCI guided by the Omaha system can improve patient satisfaction and perioperative nursing quality,shorten hospitalization time and expenses.
