Evaluation on the effect of Clark comfort nursing in patients with chronic renal failure

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of Clark comfortable nursing mode in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 82 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to the Department of Nephrology of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from June 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(June 2020 to June 2021)and the observation group(July 2021 to July 2022)according to the time,41 patients in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing mode,while the observation group carried out Clark comfort nursing mode.Compare the scores of the Chinese version of Broome Pelvic Muscle Self efficacy Scale(BPMSE),the Chinese version of Hope Heart Institute(HHI)and the Quality of Life Instrument for Patients with Chronic Renal Failure(QLICD-CRF).Results The scores of ESCA,HHI and QLICD-CRF were compared between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05);after 12 weeks of nursing,the scores of ESCA,HHI and QLICD-CRF of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of ones in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Compared with the application of routine nursing and Clark comfort nursing,Clark comfort nursing has better effect in improving patients'self-care ability,hope level and quality of life.
