Abstract:Cardiovascular CT has become an important imaging evaluation modality in cardio-oncology and has been widely applied in recent years to studies of cancer therapy-related coronary atherosclerosis, myocardial fibrosis, and pericardial and valvular lesions. This article reviews the research progress of cardiovascular CT in cardio-oncology and analyzes its advantages and limitations.Furthermore,it introduces the application potential of emerging technologies, such as photon-counting CT and artificial intelligence,in identifying early cardiotoxicity lesions and risk stratification. This review aims to provide a reference for precise diagnosis, individualized management, and clinical translation in cardio-oncology.
