Imaging findings of malignant soft tissue perivascular epithelioid cell tumor

Abstract：Malignant perivascular epithelioid cell tumor(PEComa)of soft tissue is an extremely rare mesenchymal neoplasms exhibits certain characteristic imaging features on ultrasound,CT,and MRI.However,it is important to differentiate it from other mesenchymal tumors within soft tissue that containing fat or melanin components,such as clear cell sarcoma,liposarcoma and malignant melanoma.This paper summarizes the imaging characteristics of malignant soft tissue PEComa to assist in clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
