Gastric ectopic pancreas complicated with hematoma organization and cyst formation:a case report
Abstract:Case: A 39-year-old female presented with upper abdominal discomfort for more than one month. Fecal occult blood was positive, while other laboratory tests were normal. Abdominal plain and enhanced CT showed a 3.9 cm × 2.9 cm cystic low-density lesion in the submucosa of the gastric antrum. The internal density was uniform, with clear boundaries and smooth edges. There was a local indentation at the upper right margin, without internal septation. The thickest part of the cyst wall was located at the upper right indentation (approximately 0.5 cm thick), while the rest of the cyst wall was thin.
