Abstract:Case: A 29-year-old male presented with left ear hearing loss and pulsatile tinnitus for 2 months, with no other physical abnormalities. Pure tone audiometry indicated severe sensorineural deafness on the left side. Temporal bone ultra-high-resolution CT (Figure 1): destruction of the bone in the left temporal bone jugular foramen region, with the remaining bone showing a regular margin.
