Abstract:Multimodal breast MRI is a vital non-invasive tool for evaluating breast cancer.MRI-based radiomics can extract high-throughput and in-depth features of breast cancer tissues, uncovering relationships with the expression levels of breast cancer molecular markers. This review summarizes the current research status of artificial intelligence in predicting breast cancer molecular subtypes from multiple perspectives, including the basics of MRI modalities, advances in radiomics research, machine learning and deep learning algorithms and their clinical applications, and multi-omics combined studies. It highlights the advantages and limitations of different methods, providing a reference for future MRI-based artificial intelligence research and the non-invasive clinical prediction of breast cancer molecular subtypes.
