Abstract:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common and preventable condition, and early diagnosis and intervention are crucial for improving patient outcomes.Pulmonary CT imaging enables quantitative analysis of lung density, airways, vessels, and body composition, revealing COPD phenotypes and identifying comorbidities. This approach aids in assessing the severity of COPD and facilitating early intervention. This review summarizes the research progress on quantitative chest CT analysis in COPD.
