Abstract:Patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)exhibit variable responses to immunotherapy. Therefore, the early and accurate prediction of immunotherapy efficacy is crucial.Currently, artificial intelligence(AI)based on CT imaging are widely utilized for predicting immunotherapy outcomes in advanced NSCLC.This review summarizes the research progress and challenges of AI applications based on CT imaging, specifically in the context of immunotherapy for advanced NSCLC,including the prediction of therapeutic efficacy and prognosis as well as the detection of adverse effects. It also analyzes future research directions and potential development prospects.
