Abstract:Immunohistochemical markers play a significant role in the prognosis analysis and personalized treatment of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Currently, immunohistochemistry mainly relies on invasive methods such as surgical pathology or tissue biopsy. However, radiomics has great potential for non-invasively predicting HCC-related immunohistochemical markers before surgery by broadly characterizing spatial heterogeneity. This review summarizes the research progress on radiomics for predicting immunohistochemical markers such as Ki-67 in HCC and discusses the prospects for its application in this research field.
