Advances in radiomics based on gadoxetic acid-enhanced MRI for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract：Gadoxetic acid disodium(Gd-EOB-DTPA)-enhanced MRI provides hepatocyte-specific hepatobiliary phase imaging,increasing the sensitivity in diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Radiomics,by extracting high-throughput quantitative tumor micro-features,shows promising applications across various aspects of HCC diagnosis and treatment.This review summarizes the applications and recent advances of Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced MRI-based radiomics in diagnosing HCC,assessing tumor proliferation,invasiveness,and other biological behaviors,as well as predicting prognosis.
