Abstract:Diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)is a non-invasive functional MRI technique and is a key method for the preoperative diagnosis and staging of endometrial carcinoma(EC).Multi-b-value diffusion imaging techniques, such as intravoxel incoherent motion imaging(IVIM),diffusion kurtosis imaging(DKI),the fractional-order calculus(FROC)model, and the continuous-time random walk(CTRW)model, are currently employed in the diagnosis and evaluation of EC.This article reviews the current research on DWI models in EC,aiming to provide additional evidence for precision medicine in EC patients.
