Abstract:High-resolution CT(HRCT)is currently the primary method for polymyositis/dermatomyositis-related interstitial lung disease(PM/DM-ILD).Its imaging features highly consistent with the pathological classification of interstitial lung disease and are crucial for monitoring disease progression. The HRCT imaging characteristics, combined with myositis-specific antibodies and the occurrence of spontaneous pneumomediastinum, provide valuable insights for predicting disease progression and prognosis.Additionally, artificial intelligence plays a significant role in rapidly identifying PM/DM-ILD patients with poor prognosis. This article reviews HRCT manifestations and explores the application value of HRCT in assessing disease progression and prognosis of PM/DM-ILD patients.
