Abstract:Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)is the most common inherited cardiac disorder, characterized by genetic heterogeneity, diverse clinical manifestations, and varied prognosis.Cardiovascular magnetic resonance(CMR)not only provides detailed myocardial tissue information, but also offers valuable imaging insights for understanding disease progression, guiding clinical decisions, and assessing prognosis. This review discusses the application value and limitations of CMR techniques, including myocardial diffusion imaging, hemodynamic imaging, myocardial strain imaging, and CMR-based artificial intelligence,in the early diagnosis, differential diagnosis, risk stratification, and prognostic evaluation of HCM.
