Abstract:Rosette-forming glioneuronal tumors(RGNTs)are primary low-grade tumors that consist of both glial and neuronal components. These tumors exhibit biphasic differentiation in their pathological features. The imaging findings can reflect the basic pathology of these tumors. The enhancement pattern is determined by both solid regions distribution and blood supply of the tumor.Multimodal magnetic resonance imaging technology plays a crucial role in the accurate diagnosis of RGNTs.This article reviews the imaging findings and pathological features of RGNTs and their differential diagnosis with related diseases.
