Abstract:Early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer are conducive to improve patient survival rates.Radiomics enables the extraction and quantitative analysis of textural features from images such as CT,MRI,and PET/CT.When combined with artificial intelligence(AI)technologies, including machine learning and deep learning, radiomics can provide robust support for the clinical management of lung cancer. This review summarizes the advancements in AI-driven radiomics for diagnosing the benign or malignant nature of lung nodules, tumor typing and staging, predicting genetic mutation status, and assessing treatment outcomes and prognosis.
