Progress in imaging research on microsatellite instability of colorectal cancer

Abstract：The microsatellite instability(MSI)of colorectal cancer patients has a significant impact on their treatment strategy and prognosis.Basedon CT,MRI and PET/CT imagings,radiomics and deep learning(DL)can discover potential fea-tures of their medical images and can non-invasively predict the MSI of colorectal cancer,laying the foundation for clinicians to develop appropriate treatment plans.This article reviews the progress of CT,MRI,and PET/CT in predicting the MSI of colorectal cancer.
