Abstract:Non-contrast agent MRI imaging is used in diagnosing and evaluating the clinical prognosis of acute cerebral infarction, which has the advantages of non-invasive,simple,fast and reproducible. It can provide supplementary information for MRI perfusion imaging.Clinically, the commonly used non-contrast MRI imaging techniques include diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI),arterial spin labeling (ASL),fluid attenuated inver sion recovery (FLAIR),magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and so on.The progresses of non-contrast agent MRI in evaluating the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction, neurological function, infarct volume, hemorrhagic transformation, thrombolysis, and so on were reviewed.
