Interventional treatment progress in hemodialysis access stenosis
WANG Bin
Abstract:Issues related with hemodialysis access stenosis affectes dialysis procedure in the patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Intervention technique can maintain the patency of dialysis access quickly and effectively. Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) and percutaneous stent implantation (PTS) have been used and studied in a variety of dialysis pathway-related complications, and are now used for venous outflow tract stenosis and central venous stenosis treatment.PTA and PTS for the treatment of dialysis pathway-related complications show perfect clinical results and prospects. The stentgraft is especially worthy of promotion as a new type of intraluminal treatment.
