Abstract:As an important parameter of body fluid, the hydrogen-ion concentration closely related to the function of tissue cells. Thus accurately measuring the pH, inside or outside cells, is very important for early diagnosis and treatment. The most commonly used methods which can measure the pH of tissue cells include magnetic resonance, microelectrodes, and fluorescence spectrometry. We summarized the principle, advantages and disadvantages for each method, and introduced the research and application progress, aiming to provide some references for related experimental study.
