Abstract:Ovarian cancer is a common malignant tumor with the highest mortality in female individuals. Early diagnosis is a challenge for clinicians. It is crucial to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis. The development and application of MRI make it possible to make an early diagnosis and facilitate the consequent targeted therapy for ovarian cancer. In this review we mainly focused on the choice of target spots in molecular imaging technology and specific contrast medium of MRI. Moreover, the targeted therapy in ovarian cancer with MRI molecular imaging technology and the monitoring of prognosis were reviewed.
