The progress of high-field functional MR evaluation on ovarian tumors

Abstract：Imaging evaluation of ovarian tumors can directly influence their management, prognosis forecasting and re-evaluation after theraphy. As an important imaging tool, in addition to the morphological MRI, the functional MR imaging techniques, such as dynamic enhancement and its semi-quantitative parametric analysis, diffusion-weighted imaging and ap-parent diffusion coefficient (ADC) measurement, and 1H-MRS play an vital role on the differentiating diagnosis from benign to malignant tumors, revealing the extension, staging, evaluation after treatment, remanent and relapsing after surgery.
