Abstract:With the continuous development of imaging techniques, coronary computed tomography angiography (CTA) has become an important screening method for coronary heart disease and has been widely applied in clinical practice. But the high heart rate and arrhythmia have been considered as the bottleneck of the technology. With the rapid development of multi-slice spiral CT, high heart rate and arrhythmia are no longer contraindications for coronary CT examination. Moreover, we can obtain good image quality with reduced radiation dose. The research status and application progress of lose dose coronary CTA in patients with high heart rate and arrhythmia were reviewed.
