Preserving Fertility Treatment of A Patient with Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia Bladder Invasion Rupture

Abstract:Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia(GTN)is a group of pregnancy-related malignancies originating from placental trophoblastic cells.With the continuous development of medicine technology,the complications of GTN have become less common,and serious complications such as bladder invasion rupture is even rarer.In this paper,a case of a patient with GTN,bladder invasion and rupture was reported.The patient had a good prognosis and the retained fertility function after local focus resection of uterus,uterine repair,bladder repair and combined chemotherapy.It is proved that hysterectomy should not be carried out too hurriedly for the young,infertile,non drug resistance GTN patients with uterine bleeding and metastatic rupture,and that hemostasis and advance chemotherapy are the key treatment sessions.
