Abstract:Ovarian cancer(OC)is one of the most common malignant tumors of the female reproductive system, and its mortality rate is the highest among malignant tumors of the female reproductive system.Lymphatic metastasis is the most common metastatic pathway, and it mainly occurs in the pelvic lymph nodes and paraaortic lymph node metastasis, while inguinal lymph nodes metastasis occurs rarely, and there is a lack of uniform and standardized treatment modes in the case of patients with isolated metastasis of inguinal lymph nodes in OC.This article summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of one case of high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma stage Ⅳ B combined with isolated lymph node metastasis,we analyzed the metastatic pathway of inguinal lymph node metastasis in OC,and provide suggestions and references for the standardized treatment of patients with OC combined with inguinal lymph node metastasis.
