Advances in research on bacterial canker of kiwifruit
Abstract：Bacterial canker is a devastating disease of kiwifruit production. Due to fast spread, strong pathogenicity and difficult control, the disease has seriously hampered the development of kiwifruit indus- try. To provide new information for the regularity and control of disease, in this paper, we integrated the published information of inter- and intra-nation regarding kiwifruit bacterial canker, and gave a detail in- troduction on the distribution, significance, etiology, genetic diversity, molecule detection, resistance mechanism, epidemiology, and control measures of disease, etc.
