Studies on the Effects of Different Treatments on Flavonoids Contents in Ginkgo biloba Leaves and Their Regulating Mechanism
Abstract:From 1998 to 1999 several treatments were used for increasing flavonoids contents of Ginkgo biloba leaves in the seed-utilized ginkgo plantation. The results indicated that Ethephon(ETP),Cycocel(CCC),External ABA(EABA)could in-creased the flavonoids contents in ginkgo leaves.Among the treatments,CCC had the best significant effect;it increased the flavonoids contents by 20.06% when compared with the control(CK),and then the EABA.The CCC could reduce Gibberellin(GA)content, and 3-Indole acetic acid/Abscisic acid(IAA/ABA),IAA/Ethylene(ETH),GA/ABA,GA/ETH ratios in G.biloba leaves.
