Effect of GA3 and CEPA on the Content of Chestnut＇s Endogenous Carbohydrate and Protein
Abstract：In the normal state,with the development of female flower,chestnuts upper buds show accumulation of protein,sucrose and consumption of starch,reducing sugar,but such changes of the lower buds are not obvious;while the sucrose shows descending trend.Treatment by G,A3 enhanced the accumulation of protein and sucrose but accelerated the consumption of reducing sugar and starch.On the contrary,treatment by CEPA slowed down the consumption of reducing sugar and starch.meanwhile blocked the accumulation of protein and sucrose.
