Abstract：Experiment was conducted with the leaves of in vitro shoots of interspecific somatic hybrids between Actinidia chinesis Planch.and A.kolomikta Maxim.and treated under 20℃、10℃、4℃、0℃ and -15℃ for certain time;then,the levels of soluble protein,superoxide dismutase and peroxidase were analysed for each clones. Results showed that the interspecific somatic hybrid clone CK6 and CK 13 were similar to A.chinesis Planch.in term of the cold hardiness indexes,and the C K11 and CK8 were near to A.kolomikta Maxim..
