Abstract：DNA molecular marker techniques have been widely used in the study of apple germplasm and genome,and the development of it would have important effect on the similar study in other fruit crops.The research of DNA molecular markers in varieties identification,paternity determination,germplasm inheritance and variation,important agronomic traits selection or inheritance mechanic analysis and genetic map construction of apple in recent years were introduced in this paper.Then several suggestions were given too.
