Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between pepsinogens(PGs),gastrin-17(G-17),CA19-9,CA72-4 and gastritis or gastric cancer. Methods:Patients who were diagnosed as superficial gastritis(SG),atrophic gastritis(AG)and gastric cancer(GC)for the first time in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from August 2016 to March 2019 were selected in the study, and the levels of PGs,G-17,CA19-9,CA72-4 were analyzed and compared. Results:PGⅠin SG group[122.4(100.1,182.8)µg/L]was significantly higher than that in GC group[69.1(41.7,116.9)µg/L,P<0.05]and AG group[68(53.25,88.5)µg/L,P<0.001].PGⅡ in SG group[13.9(8.9,21.9)µg/L]was significantly higher than that in GC group[9.2(4.7,12.45)µg/L,P<0.001]and AG group[7.6(5.9,12.1)µg/L,P<0.001],and PGⅡ in GC group was significantly higher than that in AG group(P<0.001).No significant difference in G-17 was observed among SG group,AG group and GC group(P>0.05).CA19-9 in GC group(36.93±17.84 kU/L)was significantly higher than that in AG group(P<0.05),and SG group(P<0.01),respectively.CA19-9 in AG group[(22.04±14.33)kU/L]was significantly higher than that in SG group(P<0.01).CA 72-4 in GC group[(8.69±5.42)kU/L]was significantly higher than that in SG group,respectively(P<0.01).CA 72-4 in AG group[(8.02±2.18)kU/L]was significantly higher than that in SG group(P<0.01).The positive rate of PGⅠ in GC group was significantly higher than that in SG group(P<0.01),while the positive rate in AG group was significantly lower than that in SG group(P<0.05);the positive rate of PGⅡ in the GC and AG group was significantly lower than that in SG group(P<0.05 or P<0.001).The positive rate of CA19-9 in GC group was significantly higher than that in AG group and SG group(P<0.05).No significant difference in the positive rate of PGR,G-17 and CA72-4 was observed among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The combined detection of indicators of PGs,G-17,CA19-9,CA72-4 can help the differential diagnosis of gastritis and gastric cancer.
