Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of treating Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)with thioprine combined with glycyrrhizic acid diammonium enteric coated capsules. Methods:Sixty NAFLD patients from September 2021 to January 2023 admitted to Nanping First Hospital of Fujian were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the control group(treated with tiopronin)and the observation group(tiopronin combined with glycyrrhizic acid diammonium enteric coated capsules)by the red and blue ball grouping method, with 30 cases in each group. The liver function levels such as glutamyltransferase(GGT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),liver fibrosis levels such as serum laminin(LN),serum hyaluronic acid(HA),serum typeⅢ procollagen(PCⅢ),serum type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C),blood lipid levels such as low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),clinical efficacy, and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the levels of AST,ALT,GGT,HA,LN,Ⅳ-C,PC Ⅲ,TC,LDL-C,and TG in both groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.33%vs 73.33%;χ2=4.320,P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(0 vs 6.67%)between the two groups(χ2=2.069,P>0.05).Conclusions:The combined use of tiopronin and diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsules is an effective treatment for NAFLD,significantly promoting liver function recovery, effectively alleviating liver fibrosis and dyslipidemia, and exhibiting high medication safety.
