Abstract:This article reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a middle-aged woman with systemic disseminated tuberculosis infection. Her initial symptoms were speech impairment and left limb weakness, and the preliminary diagnosis was cerebral infarction. After admission, she began to complain of headache and developed a fever. Lumbar puncture was then performed, which revealed tuberculous meningitis. During treatment, pulmonary lesions and intestinal obstruction occurred. Acid-fast staining of alveolar lavage fluid and stool were positive. The final diagnosis was systemic disseminated tuberculosis.
