Anti-clogging Performance of Bubbled-root Irrigation Emitter
Abstract:In order to study on the hydraulic and anti-clogging performance of bubbled-root irrigation emitter, test of hydraulic performance and test of short-cycle anti-clogging were done on the experimental platform. The statistics compared to conventional labyrinth path showed that the discharge exponent of bubbled-root irrigation emitter was 0.517,and the hydraulic performance was well;the manufacturing coefficient of variation was 3.5%,belonging to top quality;the discharge uniformity was higher than 95% under condition of Silt-laden water;the anti-clogging performance of bubbled-root irrigation was higher than other emitter through test of short-cycle anti-clogging;In addition, the bubbled-root irrigation emitter was suited to arid field economic forest irrigation in arid field for its larger discharge.
