Watershed Ecological Management of Jiangsu Province

Abstract：Reviewing history of Jiangsu Province's watershed management, we study on the policy, institu-tion and technical support of watershed management, and put forward that ①Relevant laws or regulations should be made, ②Barriers between boundaries of watershed and districts should be broken and establish a Watershed Committee of Jiangsu Province to adjust watershed affairs, and ③Ecological security, ecologi-cal compensation, collaboration axis and decision-making system should be considered and ④Ecosystem management technology and digital basin should put in practice.
